Every great chilli starts with a great seed. We begin by carefully handpicking only the finest seeds, selecting for quality and vigour before sowing them in our greenhouse. Here, in a warm and controlled environment, they are nurtured from the very first day — protected from the elements and given the best possible start to life.
Once the seeds sprout and the young seedlings begin to take shape, we gently transfer them to dedicated soil beds. This crucial stage allows their root systems to develop strength and stability, preparing them for the journey ahead.
When the plants have grown enough to thrive on their own, they are moved to our open fields, where Mozambique's rich soil and abundant sunshine take over. Each plant is fed through a precision drip irrigation system, delivering water and nutrients directly to the roots. This not only conserves water but ensures every single plant receives exactly what it needs — no more, no less.
The result is a chilli that is naturally strong, boldly flavourful, and grown with care from seed to harvest.
